SirenRewards Incentive Program Rules
Siren Marine, Inc., a subsidiary of Yamaha Marine Systems Co., Inc. (“Siren”) is pleased to offer eligible dealer sales representatives in the continental United States, the opportunity to participate in the SirenRewards Activation Incentive Program (“Program”) from ______ to _____ (“Program Period”). This 1 year Program offers opportunities to earn incentives for the completion of customer activations of Siren 3 Pro (“Siren Product”) (subscription sign-ups), pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Program, as noted herein. Incentives and Payments
• Eligible dealer sales representatives will receive a fifty-dollar ($50.00) prepaid debit card (“Reward Cards”) as an activation bonus for every new Siren 3 Pro (“Eligible Product”) activation completed within thirty (30) days of boat delivery.
• Incentives will be paid, via the Reward Cards , on a monthly basis for submittals approved during the previous month, to a natural person, not to a corporation or LLC etc…Incentives , via the Reward Cards , will be issued directly to the qualifying and eligible dealer sales representatives via the SirenRewards Mastercard®. The reloadable Reward Cards with ATM access will be mailed to the address specified at the time of Eligible Product registration by dealer/sales representative on the Program Website located at sirenrewards.com.__________ (“Registration”), with Attention To: sales representative’s name.
• . Fleet customer new activation submissions will be viewed by Siren to determine eligibility, within Siren’s sole discretion.
Welcome Gift
• Earn a fifty dollar ($50.00) prepaid debit card for completing your registration. (one-time reward)
Promotional Video Opportunities
• When available earn a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) prepaid debit card for viewing welcome, educational, or promotional videos (one-time reward per video only).
SirenRewards Program Rules
• Eligible dealer sales representatives are responsible for all taxes associated with the incentives and for reporting their tax returns. Rewards under this Program are subject to applicable federal, state and/or location taxes. Any tax documentation that is required by law will be provided, but Siren and its affiliates/subsidiaries will not be responsible for paying any taxes related to the rewards received by the dealer sales representative under this Program. By completing the Registration and participating in the Program, all dealer sales representatives acknowledge that they are responsible for their own taxes on any rewards or prizes they receive and agree to securely submit personal information for tax reporting purposes through the Program Website at the time of registration (in lieu of a traditional W-9 or W-8 form). Payments of taxes resulting from this Program are the sole responsibility of the dealer sales representative, and not Siren or its agent. Siren will report earnings under this Program in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Dealer sales representatives who change dealerships and or roles/positions during the Program Period are responsible for communicating the change to Winona Mack (Winona_Mack@Yamaha-motor.com) or Alex Puskar (Alex_Puskar@Yamaha-motor.com) or send an email using the Contact Us form at the top navigation.
• It is the responsibility of each eligible dealer sales representative to assure they have the approval of their dealership management to participate in the Program in accordance with their dealership policies.
• SirenRewards is an optional Program.
• Incentives will be provided to the dealer sales representative who claims the activation reward during Registration, whether or not still employed by the dealership. In the event an error is made on the Program Registration, and the wrong dealer sales representative is entered, it can’t be changed and the reward provided to another dealer sales representative. In the event more than one dealer sales representative claims the reward, it will be referred to the dealership for resolution. If there is an incorrect registration (product not sold, sale is not complete, fraud), and the dealer sales representative has been provided the reward, the dealership’s parts account will be debited an amount equal to the amount of the reward received by the dealer sales representative.
• Siren and its agents are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, undeliverable, destroyed, mutilated, or stolen Rewards Cards or any prepaid debit cards provided for under this Program;
• Siren reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• It is the responsibility of each eligible dealer sales representative enrolled in the Program to understand and comply with the Program Rules. Any violation may result in disqualification.
• Program is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Program Rules and decisions will be interpreted and administered by Siren at its sole discretion. Decisions by Siren will be final.
